Day 1 — Arrival: IQT pickup, settle in, orientation, evening hatha yoga or rest.

Day 2 — Jungle excursion, hatha yoga, sharing circle; evening ceremony 1.

Day 3 — Rest and integration, yoga, plant bath; group sound bath included.

Day 4 — Ceremony 2 in the evening; yoga and light dieta meals by day.

Day 5 — Second jungle excursion, yoga, integration.

Day 6 — Ceremony 3 in the evening; group sound bath with handpan and singing bowls included.

Day 7 — Closing circle, integration talk, airport drop-off.

Note: Exact ceremony nights can shift slightly with the group and the shaman; this is the usual shape of the week.
